A Bit More Time to Craft Challenge 105 and MyBesties Gnomes

For the A Bit More Time To Craft Challenge 105, I used the Gnomes from MyBesties. I just love this time of year. I love the decorations, Christmas lights, and Christmas trees. I hope that you have a wonderful holiday season.

For this image I created a 6x6 card. I selected three digital papers created by Lozzie. They are Day Star #4, Xmas Paper #14, and #215. These papers are the perfect complement to the gnomes. I love the stars, snowflakes, and patterns in these beautiful pattern papers.

I used the following copic markers:
 C0, W0, W2, W3, W6E0000, E000, E00, E01, E11, E23, E31, E35, E41, E 55, E74, E77, R14, R20, R30, R24, R27, G02, G05, G17, B12, B91, B93, E97, and N4.

I also used green and red glitter. Who doesn't like a bit of sparkle? The digital paper had Merry Christmas as part of the design, which was my inspiration for the card.

I do have a video demonstrating coloring one of the gnomes below:

This is such an adorable image 'GNOME -VILLE IMG20191116-1047' from MyBesties

This adorable image is GNOME -VILLE IMG20191116-1047, created by Sherri Baldy on the MyBestiesShop. I created this card on Friday, Black Friday no less. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of viewers during my live on my Facebook page Creative Paper Crafting with Jacquie.  I do lives on Wednesday and Friday evenings at 7:00 PM EST.

I created a 6 x 6 card. I used distress oxide ink mixed with liquid glitter to create the background.

I used the following copic markers on the gnome:

Face - YR000, E0000, E00, and E11
Cheeks and Nose - R20 and R30
Hat and Gloves - R27, R24, R14, and B97
Beard - W0, E000, and E41
Hair - C3, C2,and C0
Clothes - G17, G05, and G2

I added a touch of green glitter and used a white and glittery gelly pen too.

I just think this gnome is absolutely adorable and no one draws gnomes better than Sherri Baldy.

To Grammy's House - A Bit More Time to Craft Challenge for November 15, 2019

For the A Bit More Time to Craft DT challenge, I used this adorable digi stamp from Mo Manning called , To Grammy's . I just adore this little image. The little girl is just so cure. She is off to see her grandmother, wearing her best clothes.  I created a 6 x 6 card. I used the digital paper from A Bit More Time To Craft. I selected the "On Its Way" digital paper, which I love!

Please check out the A Bit More Time to Craft blog and follow along. The challenge is always "Anything Goes". What could be more fun?

I used my Spectrum Noir paper and markers for this image

Hair - TN7, TN8, and RB2
Skin - FS6, FS7, and FS8
Dress, Coat, and Flower: DR1, DR3, DR5, DP1, DP2, and DP3
Suitcase: GB1, GB3, and GB5

* I often go over an area multiple times to create a darker color for shading and then do a quick swipe for the highlight.

This image and the digital paper are just perfect.

Beautiful Fall Day of Thanks

Last night, I completed my second project for MyBesties' design team for the month of November. I just love all these images, and am still 'over the moon' to be on the DT team. I selected Beautiful Fall Day of Thanks. I created a 6x6 card, which is my favorite size. I used a background digital paper from the MyBesties shop too called, Fall Days U Print. The paper pack contains 12 selections.

We owe so much to the indigenous people of America, and I think that it is important that we remember them for all their sacrifices that were made for us. I know that the history is volatile and often romanticized.

For this image I used the following copics:

Skin: E000, E00, E11, E13, R20
Necklace and hairband: Y59
Hair:E49, E25, and E27
Dress: E55, E53, and E31
Boots: E70 and E71
Vegetables and Fruit: Y13, Y08, R59, and BV00
Basket: W6, W4, and W2

Please join me on Wednesday and Friday evenings at 7:00 PM EST for "live" crafting and tutorials.

I am so looking forward to Christmas this year. I love how kind people are over the holidays. I love the Christmas music, food, cards, and all the excitement that leads up to Christmas; don't you?

When I think if elves, I think whimsical, bright colors, and loads of fun. I chose pinks, teal, and greens for this image. This card is larger than most, at 8 x 8.

I used the following markers:

Hair: Copics RV21, RV13, RV02, and a touch of RV14. I also used the following Spectrum Noirs FS8 and FS6. For the cheeks I used Copc R20

Skin: Copics E000, E00, YR000, and a simdgen of E04
