Jesse Boy Bear

Hello Jacqueline here with a project for The Lady Beans. When I was little, I loved checking out books at our local library. So, I decided to create library card pcokets for the front of my son's books. What better images to use than Bugaboo stamps?

Now to get busy make coloring and creating more library card pockets. One down and about 50 to go! You can easily create these pockets with your Cricut or Silhouette.

I used the following Promarkers:

Hat, shirt and shoes - Sunflower, Canary, and Yellow

Overalls - True Blue, Azure, and Sky Blue

Bear - Walnut, Henna, and Chestnut with a touch of Cocktail Pink

Floral Bird Arch

This is Floral Bird Arch from KLM Digital Stamps. I thought it would make the perfect thank you card.

I recently the nicest gift from Sandra V. She sent a sweet little stuffed toy to our little one for her birthday. It was such a wonderful surprise. So, I wanted to make a very special card to show her how appreciative I am to her. 

 I created a 6x6 card using paper from my stash. I colored the floral wreath with the following Copics:

• Bird - RV10, RV11 and RV13
• Yellow flowers - Y06, Y08, and Y13
• Purple flower - V12, V17, and V20
• Pink flower - R20, R21, and R30
• Leaves - G02, and G05

I used sparkle ink over the top of the flowers to add a bit of shimmer

The thank you sentiment came with this beautiful stamp. I did use a bit of green alcohol ink to add a bit of pop to the sentiment. I wanted to keep the card a bit simpler so that the wreath would stand out. This is such a pretty, pretty stamp. 

I created a card using pencils colored on craft too. For this card, I used the following Prismacolor pencils:

Bird - clouded blue, blue lake, blue slate, and  perwinkle with a touch of spanish orhange for the bleak. 

• Leaves - light green, aquamarine, and cobalt turquoise
• Flower pink - deco pink, deco peach , and neon pink
• Flower Purple -parma violet, lilac, and black cherry
• Flower yellow - jasmine, light yellow, and cream

I used a pale lilac to color around the edge of the arch. I colored on craft paper, which I matted with a black card stock underneath.

Whether you use markers or pencils - you can make a beautiful thank you card.

Adventure Awaits

I created this fun 6x6 card with Kawaii Scouts from Scrappers Delights and paper from Lozzie from the Water Color Wings Collection. I created this card for the A Bit More TIme to Craft Challenge and for the Stampers Delights June Progressive Challenge. Both Challenges are so much fun!

I created a 6x6 card for these challenges. I cut out a tree on my Scan n Cut. I also inked the edge of the tree to give it some dimension.

I colored the scouts with the following copics:

Face - E11, E02, E01, E000, and R20 for the blush

Hair (boy) - E79, E77, E74, E71, and E70

Hair (girl) - Y38, Y35, Y06, and Y02

Blue Uniform - B97, B95, B93, and B91. For the tie Y35, Y06, and Y02

Green Uniform - GG28, G17, G12, and G02. For the tie 77, E74, E71, and E70

Cookie box - W07, W05, W02, and W0

Cookies - E51 and E50 with glitter for the sugar

David's Paper Hearts - Such fun!

I created a 5x7 card with David's Paper Hearts a Digi Doodles Studio stamp. This is such a cute image.

It reminds me of all things happy, and who couldn't use a touch of happiness these day?

I printed this digi stamp at 3.5 inches and used a stitched die from my stash to cut him out. I matted him with paper that had little hearts. The paper pack is Pebbles Girl. I used the paper as insoritation for the colors that I used.  I try to match my colors to the paper that I am using.
